Spitfire Display Team

The Spitfire Display Team are now confirmed and will have the Mark IX Spitfire, RAF Bowser and supporting ground equipment display at Victoria Park. For a small fee for charity, you can dress up and have your picture taken in the Spitfire Cockpit, so dont forget your camera!

To help us raise the £15,000 still required to complete the RAF Fighter and Bomber Command Memorial Woodvale Rally visitors are invited to sit in the cockpit of the Spitfire's and have their pictures taken, using their own cameras, for a small donation of £5.00 per person or £8.00 for a family of three.  For this, each person gets to wear pilots kit, sit in the cockpit and have up to 6 pictures taken from different angles.

Our team also dresses in period RAF uniform and will give detailed talks about the realities of serving as aircrew during WW2. We'll also have available a small number of Spitfire and WW2 related items to help support the Lytham St Annes Spitfire Display Team
